HR Consultant

 Job description

1. According to customer needs in human resources management consulting projects;
2. Communicate with customers and conduct interviews, investigation and analysis;
3. Assist or independently develop the plan according to the customer's problems in management practice;
4. Complete the project phase communication, reporting, coaching and training;
5. To help customers to design recruitment, compensation, performance and other human resources related to the implementation of the program.

Job requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, master or MBA preferred;
2. At least 2 years working experience in HR consulting or project;
3. Familiar with the job analysis and design, performance management system, pay system design and other human resources module workflow;
4. Logical and rigorous, with strong mathematical analysis ability, communication ability, learning ability;
5. Integrity, good character, can bear hardships and stand hard work, with a strong dedication, sense of responsibility, sense of innovation and team awareness;
6. Willing to assist in the implementation of the advisory program landing;
7. Have the enterprising spirit and strong dedication.
